Necessary storage

A small consent record remembers your privacy choice. It is necessary for the consent system to work.

Anonymous analytics

Analytics starts only after you accept it. We measure pages, sessions, general device category, language, referral source and selected contact actions. We do not store full IP addresses, exact GPS location, payment details, form content or conversation messages.

Booking enquiries

When you submit the booking form, we store the details you enter so we can answer and arrange the requested service. Booking details are not added to anonymous analytics and are not used for unrelated marketing. Closed enquiries are deleted after no more than 24 months unless longer retention is legally required.

Retention and control

Raw analytics events are retained for up to 12 months. You can withdraw analytics permission at any time through Cookie settings.
